What is Turbulence Training?

I am hooked! I have been doing TT for six months now and what a difference. I used to go to the gym, like most and do 30-45 minutes of long, boring cardio and then try to fit in another hour of weights. Usually 4-5 times a week, focusing on body parts and quite honestly, while I had muscle, I was quite bulky and felt like a slave to the gym. It was what I knew and I was sticking with it, because I definitely got results, which was more than I could say for most.

 

However, six months ago, my husband had back surgery and between running to the hospital, taking care of my kids, dog, working and EVERYTHING else in our lives while he recovered, I decided to give TT a try.
